Continuing the success from 2022, the History Trust of South Australia is offering exclusive benefits to members of its Museums and Collections (MaC) program who take part in South Australia’s History Festival 2023.

All current MaC members who register an event in the South Australia’s History Festival 2023 are eligible to receive:

• Your organisation will be listed in a special MaC feature in the South Australia’s History Festival printed program and on South Australia’s History Festival website
• Your event/s will be included in a special MaC focus program, which highlights events presented by MaC members
• The opportunity to apply for subsidised registration fee* (see below)

In addition, all current accredited MaC members who register an event in South Australia’s History Festival 2023 are eligible to receive:

• All of the benefits listed above
• Recognition of your status as an accredited MaC member in the print and online programs
• A free image listing in South Australia’s History Festival 2023 printed program (valued at $130-160).

Subsidised registration

All current MaC Program members are eligible to apply for a subsidised registration. Member organisations who have already registered an event are still eligible. To apply, complete the short application form here by Thursday 9 February. Member organisations who have already registered an event are still eligible, please fill in the form to receive further details on how to claim your benefits.

The first 50 member organisations to apply will receive their first event free of charge. Any subsequent events will be charged at the discounted additional event fee. Successful applicants will receive further details on how to claim the subsidy via email.

Please note: One event registration subsidy per member organisation. Subsidy is for the highest priced (first) event fee – excludes print program fee. Capped at 55. Member organisations who have already registered an event are still eligible.
