Celebrate Peace Day with Roots and Shoots

Media Release - August 2007

Roots and Shoots is the youth group of the Jane Goodall Institute. It is actively involved with animals, environment and the human community.

Peace Day is celebrated in September each year. Join us in the Migration Museum courtyard where displays and music will reflect the theme Wings of a Dove.

Children are invited to help make a peace quilt in the gazebo, and leave a message on a paper dove.
