Students will engage in a range of highly interactive learning experiences, exploring the concepts of journeys,  exploration, environmental science, marine biology, maritime history, archaeology, art, navigation, botany and life at sea.

Levels 4 - 10

The Maritime Museum and it's surrounding streets hold many clues to the history of the area. This program explores some recent archaeological excavations and provides hands-on experiences in interpreting the past from primary sources. Levels: R-7

This year commemorates 100 years since the sinking of the Titanic. The South Australian Maritime Museum is hosting a special exhibition linked with the disciplines of History and Science. Engaging students through inquiry experiences, students will access a range of resources and participate in hands-on tasks, experiments and learning engagements.
