Virtual Open Doors

'Virtual Open Doors' is a new initiative for the 2008 History Week program. The aim is to extend the 'Open Doors' program and make it available to everyone. If you can't participate in any of the events in the History Week program 'Virtual Open Doors' allows you to experience some of the unique and interesting history of South Australia's buildings, organisations and places of interest right from your computer.

Each of the links below will open up a new window and take you to a new website where virtual tours and historical information are available on the item selected. Some links will take you direct to the appropriate page, while others may require a little navigation. These sites are not maintained by the History Trust of South Australia and we are therefore not responsible for the content.

We hope you take the time to browse some or all of the sites and experience a little bit of SA History Week from your home, school or office.
