History Opens Doors Across SA

The History Trust of South Australia presents its annual community ‘history fest’, SA History Week, for the fifth year running.  Each year it gets bigger and better… and this year is no exception.

This year SA History Week will be held from Friday 16 to Sunday 25 May 2008, with many organisations and community groups presenting activities focusing on different aspects of the State’s rich and diverse history.  The range of activities on offer includes open days, talks, exhibitions and films, family history research, guided walks, archaeological digs and much more.  This year’s program features 288 activities that over 45,000 people are expected to experience.
