Peter Badcoe

Left, Peter Badcoe. Right, the Peter Badcoe Victoria CrossPeter John Badcoe (1934-1967) was born on 11 January 1934 at Malvern, Adelaide. Peter Badcoe was awarded the Australian Army's highest honour, the Victoria Cross for his actions during the Vietnam War. The video below is an interview with Ian Hodgson, who served in the same unit that Peter Badcoe had earlier served in during the Vietnam War. Ian talks about Peter Badcoe, his actions, what a Victoria Cross means, and the Vietnam War.
