The History Resource Centre is based around a book and journal collection specialising in all aspects of South Australian history, as well as museum management. The strengths of the book collection include local and community histories, political history, Adelaide’s history, women’s history, museology and cultural tourism. The library holds ready-reference material, slides, photographs, Sands & McDougall’s Directories, and extensive research, newspaper clippings and exhibition files.
