Consultants and Designers' RegisterThe Community History Unit works closely with the State-wide network of community museums and historical societies. These groups are often seeking the services of designers, museum consultants, professional historians, researchers, writers, editors, conservators and museum environment consultants. If you have expertise and qualifications in the above areas and wish to be included in our referral list, please send a copy of your CV and other relevant details by email or post to: The Manager, Community History Unit The History Trust provides this list, on request, to community museums and historical societies. The Trust does not dictate which consultant a museum or historical society should use. It does not negotiate contracts or set fee levels, nor does it act as an intermediary or project manager. It is up to the museums and historical societies to negotiate contracts direct with their chosen consultants. There is no guarantee of work being offered to consultants or designers or others on the referral list by the History Trust or local and community museums and historical societies.
